For the 3rd year, Bloomfield Livable Streets (along with other District 7 Pedestrian & Bicycle Committees) is submitting OUR top capital budget priority projects to our councilwoman, Deborah Gross, to include in 2018’s Capital Budget. With strong advocates & leadership, these priorities can be funded. So dream big!
