The Department of Mobility & Infrastructure (DOMI) is seeking input from Bloomfield Livable Streets on Wayfinding Signage for the upcoming Neighborway. And we thought what better way to identify local destinations than by asking YOU!
We made a quick, little survey to easily collect input. With your local knowledge & experiences, check out these 8 sets of Wayfinding Signage proposed by DOMI over these 2 pages, and give us your feedback, suggestions, and comments. If you love them, let us know too! We’ll pass the comments back to DOMI by SUNDAY, 10/4.
Some design parameters to consider:
– No wayfinding to private businesses.
– Each sign shouldn’t have more than 3-4 destinations.
– Each sign’s format will consist of a destination, the arrow direction (F=Forward, L=Left, R=Right) and the distance.
If you have more comments about the signage that cannot be expressed through this survey, feel free to email us at email@example.com, and we’ll make sure to include them in our comments back to DOMI. Or if you know a neighbor who does not have access to a computer or the internet, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reach out to them in another socially-distance method.
